At Johnson Holidays, we know that every traveller’s budget is different — that’s why we’ve made paying for your holiday as flexible as possible. Whether you prefer to pay in full, spread the cost monthly, or start with a low deposit, our payment plans are designed to make booking your getaway simple and stress-free.
Our flexible payment options are subject to availability, the type of holiday you’re booking, and how close it is to your departure date. These options apply only when you choose a refundable or flexible room type.
Each instalment or deposit payment includes a small administration fee (up to £4.95 per payment). This applies regardless of payment method and helps us to securely process and manage your booking.
If you’re planning ahead, our Pay Monthly plan is the easiest way to spread the cost of your trip.
Flight + Hotel Packages — available for bookings made at least 11 weeks before departure.
Hotel-only Bookings — available for stays booked at least 6 weeks in advance.
Secure your dream holiday from just £19 per person for short-haul trips and £29 per person for long-haul holidays.
The remaining balance will be split into manageable monthly instalments leading up to your departure date.
Each monthly payment carries a small admin fee of up to £4.95.
Want to lock in a great deal now and pay later? Our Low Deposit option lets you secure your holiday from as little as £19 per person.
Available on flight + hotel packages booked 4 weeks or more before departure.
Hotel-only bookings can be secured from £10 per person, provided they’re made at least 6 weeks in advance.
After your initial low deposit, you’ll make one or more top-up payments, with the final balance due 14 days before you travel.
Prefer to pay a little more upfront and settle the rest later? Our Standard Deposit plan keeps things simple.
Available for flight + hotel packages booked at least 4 weeks in advance.
A standard deposit (amount varies by holiday type) is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before departure.
Also available for hotel-only bookings made at least 28 days before arrival.
Want it all settled in one go? You can pay the full balance securely using a wide range of methods:
Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — no booking fees added by us.
Digital Payments: PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay available for quick checkout.
Please note that your card provider may apply foreign transaction fees; Johnson Holidays does not charge these.
All cards are subject to standard security and fraud checks.
If you cancel your booking, the full deposit (low, standard, or monthly plan) must still be paid, along with any supplier or administration charges outlined in our cancellation policy.
If you make changes or add extras — such as flight upgrades, transfers, or special requests — any amendment fees or additional costs will be due at the time the change is confirmed.
All payments are processed using the same card used at the time of booking, which must be in the lead passenger’s name.
Once your balance is fully paid, you’ll receive your travel vouchers, tickets, and booking documents by email. Please check them carefully to ensure all details are correct.
