1. Emergency Assistance
  • If you need urgent help while on holiday, you will be provided with an emergency contact number and/or a local representative contact.

  • Our 24/7 emergency helpline is available to assist you in cases of:

    • Medical emergencies

    • Lost travel documents (e.g. passport)

    • Safety/security concerns at your destination

    • Serious disruption to your travel or accommodation

2. Assistance for General Issues

If you experience problems with your accommodation, transfers, or any other travel service included in your booking:

  • Contact the local hotel reception/transfer desk first, as many issues can be resolved immediately.

  • If not resolved, call our Customer Support Team or use the emergency contact details provided in your booking documents.

  • We will liaise with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3. Your Rights Under Package Travel Regulations

As the organiser of your holiday package, Johnson Holidays is responsible for ensuring that all services included in your package are provided as agreed.

  • If any essential element of your package cannot be provided, we will work to offer suitable alternative arrangements at no extra cost.

  • If alternatives are not possible or you choose to reject them for valid reasons, you may be entitled to a refund and/or compensation.

  • We are required by law to provide you with appropriate assistance if you are in difficulty abroad, including:

    • Information on health services, consular assistance, and local authorities

    • Help with alternative travel arrangements

    • Practical support if you need to return home earlier than planned

5. Insurance Reminder

While we provide on-holiday support, it is essential that you hold a valid travel insurance policy to cover medical care, cancellation, or unexpected expenses.
