We understand how frustrating it can be to book a holiday and then see the price drop. To give you added peace of mind and keep your booking confidence high, we offer a Price Drop Protection feature.

How It Works
  • After you make a booking with us, if the price of the same holiday (same dates, same accommodation/flight/package details) reduces within a defined period, we’ll refund you the difference or issue a travel credit.

  • The protection applies only if all the following are true:

    • Your booking matches the new priceable product in every major detail (dates, board basis, occupancy, transfer options, flights if included).

    • The price drop occurs within the specified timeframe (for example: within 30 days of booking, or up to 60 days before departure).

    • You claim the difference according to our process and meet any eligibility requirements.

  • We’ll notify you and/ or invite you to submit the rebate. The refund/credit will be processed in accordance with the terms you accepted when booking.

  • You get peace of mind: you don’t need to worry as much about “should I wait or book now” regarding price changes.

Key Conditions & Considerations
  • Exact match: The new lower price must apply to the identical product (same room standard, same board basis, same departure date, same hotel etc.). Even small differences may invalidate the protection.

  • Time-limit: The protection only applies for a defined time period after booking (for example 10 days, 30 days or until a specified cutoff). After that window, no refund.

    • Example: Some travel portals monitor for only 10 days after booking.

  • Not guaranteed: The lower price may never appear, or the difference may be negligible—so this is a bonus, not a guarantee of savings.

  • Cost or eligibility: In some cases, the protection may need to be purchased as an optional add-on, or available only on selected products/routes.

  • Refund/credit limitations: There may be caps on how much difference can be claimed (e.g., up to a maximum amount or in travel credit rather than cash).

  • Fine print matters: Restrictions such as “must be same fare class”, “cannot include changes in product”, or “only one claim per booking” often apply.

Price Drop Protection
We monitor selected holiday bookings up to [e.g., 30 days] after confirmation. If the same holiday (identical departure date, accommodation, board basis, occupancy, transfers and flights if included) becomes available at a lower published price, we will refund the difference (or issue travel credit) to you, subject to the following:

  • The booking must match in all major aspects.

  • You must claim the difference within [X days] of the lower price appearing.

  • The lower price must still be available at the time of claim and from our website or designated supplier.

  • The maximum refund/credit per booking is [£/€X or %].

  • This protection does not apply if you amend your booking, if the difference is due to discounts/coupons, or if the lower price is from a specialist sale not available to the public.
